Police in South Wales detained an 18-year-old on Monday for a fatal collision. Officers say a car hit a motorcyclist on a local street near Newport. The victim lost life on site. The driver left the car close by, came back, and then left again. A man in the car was taken to hospital suffering injuries. Cops also took another suspect into custody in connection with a caravan death. They released him but set strict conditions. He has to stay at home and report weekly.
