Rogers Communications completed its buyout of the final 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal turns Rogers the only owner of MLSE.
This move increases Rogers' authority over the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and other teams within the company's athletic portfolio.
Multiple outlets reported the closed transaction on Monday.
Rogers earlier held a majority stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
