Spotify has launched a new setting for family account users. It lets parents to block their kids' listening from influencing their own music recommendations and annual Wrapped summary. The setting separates adult listening habits from the algorithm.
This means that a parent's individual playlists and Wrapped recap will no longer be influenced by kids' music. Songs like "Baby Shark" will no longer influence the suggestions made for the adult's individual profile.
