Peter Malinauskas has a new plan to build a 20 storey tower in West Lakes. It is linked to a state effort to add new homes in the neighbourhood) area.
Tall buildings will go up near Westfield West Lakes. The site allows towers as high as 20 storeys high.
The plan brings high rise living to the suburb. More homes are set to arrive, with the state planning to 2,000 new dwellings around the shopping centre. Workers will erect high density apartment towers across the neighbouring neighbourhood. This creates new living capacity.
