London police located a small marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff noticed the helpless animal on July 18. The animal was scared and had no water while shivering. It endured the harsh ordeal. Animal advocates labeled it an illegal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers found a previously unknown monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery came during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
