Bandai Namco unveiled the Mobile Suit Gundam RG model and the RG Project vision on that day. Filmmaker Kenji Kamiyama will take the helm for the upcoming anime, planned to premiere in the following year. The project creates a brand-new Gundam universe, entirely distinct from prior lore. The XARX-ZERO is tied to the forthcoming Gundam Rogue Orbit project. Kamiyama aims to construct a original timeline for the franchise.
