- Customer Service Excellence: Providing exceptional customer service by picking up customers from their desired locations and delivering them back to the dealership or other destinations as needed. - Vehicle Logistics: Efficiently managing vehicle movement, including picking up and delivering vehicles to sublet vendors and customers according to instructions. You will also be responsible for moving vehicles between the intake area and storage, and maneuvering vehicles within the collision center and service areas to maintain optimal production flow and meet our high service standards.
- Maintaining Operational Efficiency: Contributing to the smooth operation of the collision center by maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This includes sweeping floors, removing trash and discarded parts, and ensuring both production and paint areas are neat and orderly. The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is necessary.
