Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) is revving up its Automotive Technician Internship Program (ATIP) with a brand-new partnership with Mercedes-Benz USA. Starting in the spring of 2024, the OCCC ATIP will integrate a specialized Mercedes-Benz curriculum. “The addition of Mercedes-Benz training to our program is a major win for our students and the local automotive industry,” stated Brad Walker, the Department Chair for Automotive Technology at OCCC. “By incorporating Mercedes-Benz, we now offer training across seven major manufacturers, covering an impressive 14 brands. This expansion directly addresses the growing demand for highly skilled automotive technicians in Oklahoma City and beyond.”
