This year, Fitness on the Field is proudly presented in partnership with lululemon®, further enhancing the experience with a focus on quality and community. Following their successful collaborations with The Home Depot Backyard in 2023, lululemon® is stepping up as the presenting partner, ensuring a top-tier wellness experience for all participants.
The first session, on Monday, January 8, offers a dynamic duo of workouts. Kick things off with a Full Body Bootcamp from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, led by the renowned Lah King of Royal Physique Fitness. Immediately following, immerse yourself in the rhythm of Hip-Hop Yoga from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM with the inspiring instructor Jaimee Ratliff.
Wednesday, January 17, brings another round of high-energy fitness. Prepare to push your limits with a 45-minute Maxx Out Fitness session led by Darrell “DP” Patterson from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. The evening culminates with an hour-long workout led by E.F.F.E.C.T. Fitness, featuring a lululemon® ambassador, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
