What We Are Looking For:
Required:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience or successful completion of the Cintas sales training program, demonstrating a foundation in sales principles and practices.
- Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel within your sales territory.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, indicating a commitment to education and professional development.
Preferred:
- B2B Sales Acumen: Proven experience in new business-to-business (B2B) sales, demonstrating an understanding of the complexities and nuances of B2B sales cycles.
- Hunter Sales Mentality: Exhibit a strong hunter sales mentality – goal-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet navigation, and Contact Management Systems, showcasing the ability to utilize technology effectively in sales processes.
